Antique Glass & Ceramics

Glass is a big subject – we find the most popular choice is drinking glasses – rummers, champagne flutes and wine glasses. We also stock antique tazzas – lovely centrepiece on the table. Vintage glass is now very much appreciated as prices are not particularly high and people love the concept of an old piece of glass which has seen history. Antique rummers are a very good choice for wine drinking as they are particularly robust and it is not necessary to buy a whole set, in fact harlequin sets are fun and great talking point at dinner!

Tudor Rose Antiques has a good range of ceramics. Antique Staffordshire pottery is a great favourite and  we find its popularity never wains. We always stock blue and white transfer printed ware – mainly 19th century.
