Guest Window at Tudor Rose Antiques – Petworth, Sussex
We have had a long tradition of a Guest Window at Tudor Rose which has been a very successful venture. In addition to always having a very different look, our guests make a tremendous effort for a short sharp exposure which results in obviously successful selling as well as a long waiting list for gaps in the diary.
Sometimes we have Guest Dealers who have a successful shops
of their own but want additional exposure in a good “antique” town like Petworth. Other times we have people beginning a career in antiques and want trading experience without “jumping straight in” to expensive premises. Whatever the reason, if having checked them out, they are found to be dealing in the right type of stock at the right type of price then we are happy for them to join us for a while.
Our current tenants are very experienced dealers with a long history of standing at antique fairs as well as ha ing shop premises. They have a great eye and in the space of two weeks have done phenomenally well. Everyone benefits and it keeps us always looking fresh.
